Alejandra Gisselle Guzman, one of the daughters of captured drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, has trademarked her father’s nickname for use in different lines of products – from jewelry and watches to luggage and toys.

According to a story in USA Today, Guzman successfully registered the term “El Chapo” with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, a move now investigated by Mexican authorities. Apparently, the trademark violates article four of Mexico’s Law of Industrial Property, which prohibits using a nickname of “anyone who is wanted by the office of the attorney general for the commissioning of various crimes.”

According to the piece, Guzman is 32, and has once spent three months in a US jail for attempting to enter the country with false documents.
