Kobe Bryant won’t be adding more championship rings as a Laker, but the team has recently presented their arguably greatest player ever with a special ring nonetheless: a 4.87-carat “retirement ring”, set onto approximately 70 grams of 14 karat yellow and white gold.

According to USA Today, the jeweler, Jason of Beverly Hills, the ring is set with five large diamonds for each of the championships Bryant won. The sides have his two jersey numbers and his nickname. The ring also features a strip of snake skin “as a testament to his Black Mamba nickname,” according to the jeweler’s press release.
