Joan Rivers Private Jewelry Collection Going Up for Auction

The late queen of “Fashion Police” had a sharp tongue and an impeccable taste. Now, everyone who ever admired Joan Collins can check out her private collection of accessories, jewelry and home décor, which is up for sale online and via live auction on June 22 in New York.
According to US Weekly, Rivers owned a large collection of gemstone brooches, the most expensive of which is a silver-topped, gold-mounted star sapphire and diamond pendant brooch by Fabergé, estimated at $70,000 and $90,000. She also owned a ruby, emerald and amethyst beaded necklace by Iradj Moini, which could sell for $15,000.
Other notable items include a diamond and gold 'Panthère' wristwatch by Cartier, estimated at $7,000 to $10,000, and a rare jeweled and gold-mounted nephrite study of a lily of the valley leaf, estimated at $200,000 to $300,000.
