Clip-On Earrings Are Your Secret Weapon This Holiday Season

Clip-On Earrings Are Your Secret Weapon This Holiday Season

Vogue

This morning, I was chatting with a jewelry designer about the big problem with our beloved big earrings: stretched-out, droopy lobes. We weighed the pros and cons of fillers, which Vogue.com Associate Beauty Editor Jenna Rennert tried a few months ago, but for those who aren’t willing to go under the needle (or pay $500 and up), there’s a bevy of new clip-on earrings to try. Not only do clip-ons alleviate your stretched-lobe anxiety, but they’re democratic, too, allowing girls without pierced ears to get in on the statement-earring trend. Rebecca de Ravenel’s Les Bonbons are an editor favorite and come in a rainbow of colors, but you’ll find pierce-free styles by Dolce & Gabbana, Aurélie Bidermann, and Swarovski, too. Shop them all in the slideshow above.
