Howard Woodley Bailey:

Probable cause, is a reason to believe that a criminal offense has been or is being committed; and, that you are involved. The observations of a NJ police officer can be used to establish PC, and that gives the officer the legal basis to stop you. Indicators that you are under the influence of CDS can be observed and relied upon by a drug recognition expert to support charging you with being under the influence. Once you are legally detained, anything found on you will be admissible in Court as having been seized during a lawful arrest.
